Popover Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    8 good sized pieces of fryer chicken (legs and thighs work best)
    1/3 c. shortening or vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. celery seed (depending on taste)
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and paprika; mix well.
    Roll chicken in flour mixture and brown on all sides in shortening or vegetable oil.
    Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.
