Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh basil leaves (include tender part of stem), loosely packed
1/2 c. olive oil
5 large, peeled garlic cloves
1/2 c. pine nuts
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Place basil, oil, garlic and 1/4 cup of pine nuts in a food processor; process for about 15 seconds.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve over warm pasta.
