Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 2/3 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. mint syrup
Preparation

Add 1 cup of sugar to the water.
Boil for 5 minutes; cool. Add the lemon juice and mint syrup.
Freeze.
When frozen, take out, put in bowl and beat, then add 2 egg whites, beaten stiff. Freeze again and serve.
