Ingredients

1 can halved apricots
1 (8 oz.) carton heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Drain apricots and arrange in the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon peel, orange peel and sugar.
Pour whipping cream on top and add almonds.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes until warm. Serve immediately.
