Coconut Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and cream cheese; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of electric mixer.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
Combine flour, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture.
Stir in remaining ingredients; pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour out on wire rack to cool.
