Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. sliced green onion
    pinch of salt and pepper
    unbaked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Prebake piecrust at 400\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Drain and set aside until ready to use.
    In medium size bowl, blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
    Stir in meat, cheese, onions and pepper.
    Refrigerate overnight if desired.
    Spoon into prebaked pie shell.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 to 50 minutes, until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Serve hot.
