Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags Success rice
    1/2 lb. ham, bacon, chicken, shrimp or any kind of meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 scrambled egg
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Cook rice; saute meat until brown with 1 teaspoon oil, then add onion, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Scramble egg and add to mixture.
    Cook garlic with onion.
    Take off heat and add soy sauce.
    Serve with pepper steak or use as any side dish.
    Serves 4.
