Cajun Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium-sized pork chops, trimmed
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 cans Campbell's chicken gumbo
1/8 c. water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Line a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or pan with foil or a baking bag.
Trim pork chops and place in bottom of dish.
(Place water in bottom of dish to prevent drying of pork chops.)
Cover each pork chop with mustard.
Pour gumbo over entire dish.
Cover with foil or baking bag.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
