Deneen'S Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Cook until boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Add beaten eggs and sugar.
    Place on heat until thick.
    Let cool.
    Add Cool Whip. Serve with favorite fresh fruits.
