Homemade Beefstick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburg
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
Preparation
    Mix with hands and roll into cracker-size balls.
    Wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Bake on rack at 300\u00b0
    for 90 minutes.
