Lemon Delicacy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add beaten egg yolks, flour, lemon juice, rind and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased casserole and set dish in pan of water.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
May be served warm or cold, with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
