Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
3/4 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) box peach gelatin
2 graham cracker crusts
2 qt. peaches, sliced
Preparation

Mix water and cornstarch.
Boil until clear and thick.
Remove from heat.
Add gelatin.
Mix well, then add 2 quarts fresh peaches.
Divide filling between two pie shells. Chill.
Keep refrigerated.
