Robert Redford'S Whole Wheat Quick Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
2 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. molasses or honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine egg with buttermilk, molasses or honey and melted butter.
Mix together whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Stir into wet mixture.
Stir in walnuts and raisins.
Spoon into 2 small, greased loaf pans or 1 large one. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
