Stuffed Cherry Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar cherry peppers
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced Provolone cheese
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain peppers; set brine aside.
    Cut off tops and scoop seeds out of peppers.
    Roll slices of cheese and Prosciutto and slice into 1-inch pieces.
    Stuff into peppers spiral side up.
    Place in deep sided dish.
    Mix olive oil, brine, oregano, salt and pepper and drizzle over peppers.
