Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey, chicken or pork, cut into strips
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of Louisiana hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    flour tortillas
    olive oil to cook tortillas
    sharp cheese, grated
    lettuce, shredded or chopped
Preparation
    Marinate
    meat, using the garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, orange juice,
    vinegar
    and
    hot
    sauce
    for 15 minutes.
    In a Dutch oven,
    saute
    onion, bell pepper and meat for 5 minutes; set aside.
    Place
    some
    olive
    oil
    (or oil) in a skillet and heat. Quickly
    cook
    tortilla and form into a taco.
    Place on paper towels
    to drain.
    Don't overcook and make it too crisp. Ladle meat into shells and garnish with cheese and lettuce.
