Ginger Baby Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. baby carrots
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour over carrots.
    Cover and cook for 20 minutes, until tender.
