Roasted Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) beef tenderloin
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine butter and seasonings; mix well.
    Place tenderloin on rack in roasting pan.
    Brush with butter mixture.
    Insert meat thermometer, making sure it does not touch fat.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes to 45 minutes or until thermometer reaches 140\u00b0 for rare, 150\u00b0 for medium rare or 160\u00b0 for medium.
    Serve with sour cream and prepared horseradish.
