Snow Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cold water
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 egg
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes.
    Add boiling water and sugar; stir.
    Add strained lemon juice.
    Chill until it begins to harden.
    Beat egg white to a stiff froth.
    Add to slightly hardened mix.
    Beat until spongy.
    Chill until hard.
