Ranch Beef Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. soft bread pieces
    3/4 c. milk
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
    1 small onion, diced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Put bread
    crumbs
    in
    a
    large bowl and pour milk over them. Stir in ground beef, salt, pepper, grated carrot, onion and beaten eggs.
    Lightly shape the meat loaf mixture into an oval loaf. Put in a shallow pan; set aside.
    Mix the ketchup, brown sugar and
    mustard and spread over the top of the loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
