Dutch Meat Loaf Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. tomato sauce (8 oz. can)
3/4 c. water
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 large can tomatoes
salt to taste
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, 1 cup tomato sauce with water, egg, salt, vinegar and mustard.
Shape into round loaf and put in center of roasting pan.
This allows room for vegetables around loaf.
Add carrots and potatoes, pour tomatoes over vegetables around loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or longer, until done.
Baste several times during cooking.
