Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 medium potatoes (unpeeled), cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients. Stir well and dredge potatoes in this mixture. Lay potatoes in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole, dotting each layer with butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for an hour. Makes 4 servings.
