Chipped Beef Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
4 Tbsp. milk
2 (2.5 to 3 oz. each) pkg. chipped beef, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. horseradish (add to taste)
black and white pepper to taste
1 c. chopped pecans
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and milk.
Stir in finely chopped beef, onion, green pepper and seasonings. Fold in sour cream.
Pour into ovenproof dish. Crisp pecans with butter and sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve with \"nutty-style\" crackers.
