Easy Mushroom Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 cans (6 to 8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano leaves
Preparation
    Rinse, pat dry and slice mushrooms.
    Set aside.
    In large skillet, heat oil.
    Add mushrooms along with lemon juice and garlic.
    Saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Blend in chopped parsley, salt, pepper and oregano leaves.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
