Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. cold milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs with the sugar.
    Add the milk, salt and vanilla. Sprinkle top of pie with nutmeg.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then drop oven to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or when dinner knife is inserted in pie and comes out clean.
    Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
