Pimento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ground red sweet peppers (about 4 large peppers)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salad mustard
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oleo
Preparation

Stir in heavy saucepan the peppers, sugar, salt and mustard. Add flour, vinegar and oleo.
Mix well.
Bring mixture to a boil, boil 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and put in 1/2 pint jars and seal.
