Herbed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 (1-inch thick) pork chops (2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme or crumbled rosemary
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook pork chops in oil on high heat (2 minutes each side) until brown.
    Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking and turning until cooked through.
    Remove to heated dinner plates and keep warm.
