Browned Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 can beef consomme or bouillon
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Melt butter and brown onion and rice in skillet.
    Add consomme and mushrooms with juice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, covered, in a Pyrex or Corning dish.
    If lid does not fit tight, cover with aluminum foil.
