Racioppi'S Pasta Marinara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped fine
1/4 c. olive oil (extra virgin)
1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. crushed dried basil
1 c. chicken stock
3 Tbsp. oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 to 1.25 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Heat oil and saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
Add in ground beef and raisins, then soy sauce.
Cook until brown and tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Serve over rice.
Great with fried bananas and fried eggs.
