Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil (Crisco)
4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. carrots
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
1 box 10x sugar
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix
in cheese and butter together; add vanilla and 10x sugar.
