Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage meat
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute
    onion and garlic in oil until
    tender.
    Add
    beef and sausage.
    Stir in sauce and paste, water,
    salt, pepper and oregano.
    Cover and simmer for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
    Mix Ricotta cheese and eggs in a bowl.
    Cover bottom of lasagna pan with cooked noodles.\tTop
    with
    1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 of Ricotta mixture and
    1/2
    of\tMozzarella slices. Repeat layers and spoon remaining meat
    sauce
    on
    top.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in
    350\u00b0
    oven
    for
    30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
