Zuppa Di Funghi(Cream Of Mushroom Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    8 c. hot chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic)
    2 beaten egg yolks
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and chop.
    Melt butter in medium-size saucepan over low heat.
    Add chopped mushrooms and cook for about 8 minutes.
    Add flour and stir until blended.
    Gradually add chicken broth.
    Stir until thick.
    Add milk and seasonings.
    Heat through. Add egg yolk, stir well.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
