Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 Irish potatoes, peeled and sliced
3/4 to 1 c. water
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
seasoned salt to taste
garlic salt to taste
1 small onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
2 or 3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped salad olives with pimientos
chopped dried parsley
Preparation

Spray 10 or 12-inch skillet with nonstick spray.
Put potatoes, water, margarine and milk in skillet.
Season to taste. Cover and cook over medium to low heat, stirring occasionally. Add onion, carrots, celery and salad olives with pimientos. Sprinkle with chopped, dried parsley.
Cover and continue cooking, stirring occasionally,
to keep from scorching and to evenly cook potatoes and other vegetables.
Serves 10 to 12.
This may also be cooked in microwave.
