Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head of lettuce
    1 1/2-lbs. ground beef
    1-lb. shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican or sharp)
    Chili powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 large bag of Dorito chips
Preparation
    Tear lettuce and put into a large bowl.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of lettuce.
    Meanwhile, brown beef, season with Chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain.
    Pour over lettuce and cheese, stir to mix.
    (Hot meat will melt the cheese.)
    You may add tomatoes, avocados, etc.
    Eat with Dorito chips.
