Ham And Bean Soup(Serves 10 To 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ham bone with meat
    1 bag white Northern beans or senate beans
    4 to 6 carrots, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 large can chopped or whole tomatoes
    2 to 3 bay leaves
    2 to 3 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    1 to 2 tsp. seasoned salt and marjoram
    1 to 2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight; drain. Cover beans with fresh water, 6 to 8 cups. Add all ingredients and let simmer (after coming to a boil) for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. (You may add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar to help the taste if too garlicky or acidy from the tomatoes.) Enjoy!
