Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 fresh tomatoes, chopped or 4 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 onion, chopped (medium-large)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
more of seasonings to suit taste (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cook tomatoes, celery and onion in 1 cup water until celery is tender.
Add all seasonings and cream cheese.
Puree in blender until creamy texture and return to low heat, not allowing to come to boil.
