Cowboy Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 cup uncooked rice
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
    In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until browned, drain.
    Add onions & pepper.
    Cook and stir until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Cook about 2 minutes.\tPour into casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
