Chili Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans Wolf brand tamales
    1 (19 oz.) can Wolf brand chili
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Cheddar or Colby cheese
Preparation
    Unwrap tamales; place in 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Combine chili and onion; spread evenly over tamales.
    Bake in preheated moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serve with sour cream, if desired.
    Serves 4 to 6.
