Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped chicken
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1 to 3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    potato chips
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can chopped, drained water chestnuts
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, almonds, water chestnuts, onions, lemon juice, eggs and pepper. Add mayonnaise and toss.
    Put in baking dish.
    Sprinkle generously with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
