Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 medium onion, minced fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. canned tomato sauce
    1 c. meat stock
    2 c. small potatoes
Preparation
    Cut steak into small even pieces.
    Remove fat and gristle. Melt butter in large skillet or Dutch oven.
    Add meat and cook over hot fire until meat is well browned on all sides.
    Add salt, pepper, paprika and onions.
    Stir in flour until smooth and thickened.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add potatoes; cover and continue cooking until meat and potatoes are tender.
    Serves 4.
