Glossy Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. shortening
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt shortening and chocolate in saucepan over low heat.
Stir in other ingredients; beat until smooth.
Place pan of frosting in bowl of ice water.
Continue beating until spreading consistency. Frosts 9 x 13-inch cake.
