Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. pistachio pudding
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (regular or light)
    1 large cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 c. chunk pineapple (can substitute crushed)
Preparation
    Mix pudding dry with drained pineapple.
    Add cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Chill for 1/2 to 1 hour.
    Then serve.
