Sour Cream Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 medium well mashed bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except for sour cream, with jello.
    Pour 1/2 of strawberry mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let set in refrigerator until firm.
    Spread on sour cream.
    Pour remaining 1/2 of strawberry mixture on top of sour cream.
    Let set.
