Tennessee White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Great Northern beans, already cooked and drained
    6 c. chicken broth
    2 onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 chicken breasts, chopped and diced (about 4 c. meat)
Preparation
    Combine broth, garlic and 1 chopped onion in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Saute other onion in oleo until tender.
    Add chilies and seasonings.
    Mix and add to cooked beans.
    Add chicken; simmer to blend flavors, about 1 hour.
