Spicy Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, undrained
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. picante sauce or salsa
    1 1/2 c. Minute Original Rice
    chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Bring kidney beans, water and picante sauce to boil in medium saucepan.
    Stir in rice; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired. Makes 4 cups or 6 servings.
