Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar and butter and cream well.
Add beaten eggs and flour; mix well.
Stir in pineapple, coconut and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
