Tater Tot Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 medium onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese (your favorite)
Preparation

This gravy can be made from grease where chicken, rabbit or steak has been fried.
Pour off all but 1 cup of the grease, leaving crumbs.
Add enough flour to take up all grease and brown until deep brown.
Add milk to make thin gravy, stirring constantly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until thickened and serve over hot homemade biscuits or rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
