Dodie'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine, cut in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all but last 2 ingredients and pour into greased pan (10-inch square Corning is fine).
    Top with cornflake crumbs mixed with melted margarine (or any other crunchy topping you might prefer; crushed potato chips would be good).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
