Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in salted water until done, about 10 minutes.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Melt 3 tablespoons butter in pan.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and cook until thick.
    Put cheese and cauliflower in a greased 2-quart casserole dish and spoon sauce over top.
    Combine stuffing, 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
    Mix well and put over cheese sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
