Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced summer squash
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions for 5 minutes. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and carrots in large bowl and fold in cooked squash and onions. Blend stuffing mix and butter in separate bowl and place 1/2 the mixture in baking pan. Spoon squash mixture over stuffing and sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
