Mexican Chef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 head lettuce
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 small bag taco chips
8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
few drops of Tabasco
1 can kidney beans, drained
taco seasoning
Preparation

Brown ground beef with salt and pepper; drain.
Add beans and Tabasco into dressing.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Crush taco chips.
Add ground beef and beans to vegetables and mix.
Add taco chips and dressing.
Toss.
Add seasoning for flavor as desired.
